Headed towards the July 4th weekend with more big shows on tap. Meanwhile there's plenty of festivals and musical showcases to offer a variety of choices.

Little Joe Y La Familia Top singer headlines ACTS charity dance for the upcoming St. Anthony De Padua ACTS of Charity Denim & Diamonds 2009 Dance. Also performing Texas Chili Peppers. $60 a couple/ $75 at the door or $35 for singles. Money raised will be used to facilitate and sponsor St. Anthony's ACTS retreats as well as other parish ministries. Event is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, June 26. Tejano y Mas anniversary “Tejano y Mas” TV show celebrates 1-year anniversary. The 30-minute show is hosted by singer/producer Gabriel Zavala and airs weekly on KSAT-TV.
