Alpha Academy PTO: Festival offers family fun
A ton of family fun is on tap in the upcoming Alpha Academy PTO Festival. The small charter
school is presenting their annual rummage Sale on Saturday, May 16.
The family fest at the school (Southcross & S. Flores) features a Rummage Sale & BBQ Sale, Silent Auction/Raffle and Cake Walk. It is scheduled 8 a.m. - 3 p,m. Saturday, May 16. Info at (210) 798-1792.

Conjunto Atardecer Roberto Villa shot, killed in Mexico
Yes, it's true. Another musician gunned down in mysterious circumstances, where police ofificials have no clue as to his killers or motives.
According to Univision.com
Conjunto Atardecer drummer Roberto Villa was killed while riding in a car with four other individuals as he arrived in the Mexican state of Durango. Villa apparently died at the scene and at least one woman was taken to a local hpspital in critical condition.
