Emilio updates: accident classifed as DWI

In a new report released today, Emilio was intoxicated at the time of his crash back in March, according to KRTK and the Houston Chronicle.

In this news story, Police report says Emilio was intoxicated the new police report indicates that on the bus there were beer cans. In addition, it states "Completed just three days ago, it shows the Bellaire Police Department is now officially classifying the incident as a DWI. We've learned they don't do that unless the driver's blood alcohol content is above the legal limit."

Emilio Navaira, since that horrific tour bus accident on Easter Sunday (March 23), has been recovering at Houston's Memorial Hermann Hospital- Texas Medical Center. He has been in critical condition and a medically induced coma for most of the time.
