Yolanda Ayala of Picturesque Multimedia Productions is hosting a fundraiser to help with her upcoming production of a feature length motion picture, "The Alvarez Vietnam Story."
The film is based on true events centered around three San Antonio brothers serving in three different branches, who by chance and circumstances came to encounter each other while stationed in Vietnam.
The movie, while honoring all veterans who have served this country, will focus on the Latino/Hispano contributions in Vietnam and all other U.S. military conflicts.
In an interview, Ayala said she has been working on this project for a year and half after she was approached by the Alvarez family.
The entertainment will include a performance by the grandson of the legendary veteran Cleto Rodriguez.
