OSJFlyerFront 372.JPGNow it is time to celebrate. The big news is that a brand new club with an old name is opening this week - The Old San Juan.

Yes, the new tropical club/restaurant opens up this Thursday with Mi Rumba band.

Empresario DJ Papote says his club will be spacious, elegant and vibrating with the red=hot rhythms of tropical/salsa music.

I have seen the place, well before completion and I can attest to it's expansive layout.

But I can also vouch for DJ Papote when he says his club will be a red-hot spot.

The rest of the schedule for this week is as follows: Son Cache Fri-Sat (Oct. 31, Nov. 1) and Orquesta Tropicante Sunday, Nov. 2. In addition, DJ Papote and DJ 2Leo. will be spinning the discs.

The OSJ is located at 4427 Walzem. There will be Happy Hour, dress code, party reservations and more. Details: (210) 599-9990 or www.Myspace.com/DJpapote
