Diez y Seis festivals rule the next few days and there's plenty of variety to be enjoyed. This is the time where the weather starts to transform into the always pleasurable pre-fall magic.

Make a note: the quarter/full moons will become absolutely mystical in the next few weeks.

Azul Talented singer celebrates with a CD release party for her new album, "Noche Azul de Esperanza Live." Also celebration fo Azul's first year anniversary at Esperanza Peace and Justice Center. CD features Maya Guirao, Dava Hernandez, Jorge Gaxiola, Davie Goetz, Paul Ward, Roland de la Cruz, Joel Dilley and Bett Butler. CD party 8 p.m. Wednesday. $5.

Jesse De Leon & Variety Mix Upcoming talented band making its mark in Central Texas as a group to watch. Friday, 9/12 Cadillac Bar, 212 S.
